Hillcrest Golf and Country Club offers a variety of memberships designed to fit your lifestyle. Members may
reserve banquet and meeting rooms.
Playing Membership
Any individual, 21 years of age or over, is eligible for a playing membership. Subject to any restriction
imposed by the Board of Directors, the use of the club facilities shall be extended to the member, the member's
spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 23 who are living in the member's home, enrolled as a full time
student, or in active military service. They may also charge food, beverages and services, with the playing member
responsible for all charges. Playing members have the right to vote, serve on appointed committees and are eligible
for membership or the Board of Directors.
Social Membership (Approved after February 3, 2004)
Any individual, 21 years of age or over, is eligible for a social membership. Subject to any restrictions imposed
by the Board of Directors, the use of the club facilities shall be extended to the member, the member's spouse, and
unmarried children under the age of 23 who are living in the member's home, enrolled as a full time student, or in
active military service. They may also charge food, beverage and services, with the member responsible for the charges.
The Social member may play a maximum of (1) one round of golf (either 9 or 18 holes) per calendar month with no payment
of greens fees. Additional play will be subject to the Guest play rules. Families are not included in the free round
of golf. Social members and their families may not play before 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th
and Labor Day. Social members and their families may not participate in league play or in the following tournaments:
Club Championships, Handicap Club Championships, Men's Calcutta (Spring and Fall), Member/Member Tournament, Two Day
Member/Guest, One Day Member/Guest, Memorial and Labor Day Tournaments.
Dining Membership
Any individual 21 years of age or older may be a dining member. The spouse and immediate family members under
age 18 may utilize the membership. A dining membership allows use of only the dining facilities within the clubhouse.
Dining members may not vote and are not eligible for membership on the Board of Directors.
Dues will not be prorated, until September 1st. Annual Fee covers January through December or any portion of said
billing period.
It is agreed that this membership and all persons using the facilities of Hillcrest Golf and Country Club pursuant
to this membership are bound by and shall comply with the rules for membership classes as stated above as they now
exist or as they may be adopted or amended from time to time.
Summer Membership
Any individual, 21 years of age or over, is eligible for a Summer Membership. Subject to any restrictions imposed
by the Board of Directors. The use of the swimming pool, tennis, facilities, and clubhouse dining facilities shall be
extended to the member, the member's spouse and unmarried children under the age of 23 who are living in the member's
home, enrolled as a full-time student, or in active military service. Summer Membership's allow use of the west side
facilities and events from the Opening day of the pool (Memorial Day Weekend) to Labor Day. If such a member wishes to
play golf, they are subject to all rules and fees that any guest would have to abide by. They have no tournament or golf
event privileges. There will be a 15 family cap to this membership. A family will be able to hold on to this membership
as long as the initiation fee of $500 is paid in full at time of signup and the current years dues are paid each season.
Summer members may take a one-year leave of absence, if they choose to take more than one year they will lose their
membership status and the initiation fee. No current member can reduce his or her membership to a summer membership.
Summer members may not vote and are not eligible for membership on the Board of Directors.
Corporate Membership
Organizations may apply and be considered for either a corporate playing membership or a corporate dining membership.
Each corporate membership must be assigned to an individual who shall be subject to application fees and dues, as well
as approval by the Board of Directors. Each membership granted will remain in possession of the organization, as the
organization will remain accountable for the financial and personal conduct of individuals assigned. For each membership
retained by the organization, no more than one individual (including spouse; and unmarried children under the age of 23
who are living in the home, enrolled as a full time student, or in the active military service) may be assigned to the
membership. The designee will be responsible for compliance of all rules an by-laws, set forth by Hillcrest Golf & Country
Club. Diminished initiation fees for multiple memberships under the same corporate umbrella membership will be as
follows:

Corporate Playing designees will have the right to vote, serve on appointed committees, and are eligible for membership
on the Board of Directors.
The organization may transfer the membership to other designates, but each designate shall be subsequently subject to
board approval. Upon acceptance of re-assignment, the organization will pay an administrative fee of $500.00 for each
full golf membership reassigned and $150.00 for each full golf membership reassigned.
Short Term Membership
Individuals (including spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 23 who are living in the member's home,
enrolled as a full time student, or in active military service) with short term interests in the community may apply
for a 12 month membership. Initiation fees for these memberships will be $1500.00 for a golf membership, $600.00 for
a social membership, and $200.00 for a dining membership. Fees are due upon submission of the application. Normal dues,
fees, and minimums are to remain in effect. Short term memberships may not apply for a leave of absence; and all dues,
fees, and minimums will remain in effect for the 12 month life of the membership. A short term membership may be rolled
over into a permanent membership of the of the same classification, pending payment in full of the remaining short term
membership initiation fees ($2900.00 golf, $1050.00 social, $350.00 dining). Subsequently, all rollover memberships are
subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
*These temporary memberships will be subject to 65% of any potential assessments incurred during their membership
period, and the the remaining 35% of the balance of assessments only if they choose to extend the membership. Short
term members may not vote and are not eligible to serve as members of the Board of Directors.
