Please use the button at the bottom of this page to view our online application for membership at Hillcrest. Once approved, our Admin will reach out with a welcome email and information about your membership.

While our Spring Promotion dues are payable once the application is approved, we bill these fees monthly to Hillcrest Members to avoid the need for a lump-sum assetments. Feel free to reach out to our Director of Golf or Board President for examples of how these funds have been used at Hillcrest and our future plans!

Capital Expense (CapEx) is the money an organization spends to buy, maintain, or improve its fixed assets, such as buildings, vehicles, equipment, or land. These expenses can be challenging to forecast, so instead of continually adjusting membership dues, CapEx fees are collected to address untimely issues.

Operating Expense (OpEx) are ongoing expenses that are inherent to the operation of the asset. OpEx includes items like utilities, wages, fertilizer, etc. *Membership dues cover these expenses.
